- Developing and maintaining the SURTASS program Training IMS
FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology and/or Master Training Specialist certification
- Five years of experience with managing training and qualification programs
- Five years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and/or repair of complex Navy systems
- Experience with SURTASS mission systems is preferred
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
