Short Description * Interviews and screen patients prior to MRI procedures to ensure there are no safety concerns/contraindication. * Performs MRI procedures following the protocols established by the Radiologists. * Begins studies, transfers images, documents patient history, and completes studies in EPIC / EMR and PACS system Experience Required * Canon MRI experience preferred but not necessary. * Able to correctly apply MRI compatible monitoring system/IV infusion pump to patients when necessary. * Excellent organizational skills and communication skills are needed to effectively orchestrate the daily workflow of patients. * Highly developed customer service skills are required. * The ability to work well as part of a team. Education Requirements * A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required * Graduate of AMA Approved RT Program License/Certification Requirements * Current ARRT License (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists); * Magnetic Resonance Imaging certification preferred * BLS/CPR preferred, required after 6 months' employment Special Requirements * Rotating holiday shifts per year required
