- Bachelors degree
- Strong background in software engineering and system architecture
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and configuration
- Proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core and enterprise API development (REST/SOAP)
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and may require U.S. citizenship for certain roles
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS)
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices: CI/CD, code reviews, release management
- Knowledge of system performance, accessibility (Section 508), and security compliance
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in complex environments
- Experience working in Agile development environments
