OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in React, Node.js, OAuth, and Highcharts to join our remote team. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our investment platforms front office tools. While financial services experience is a plus, it is not a requirement.
100% remote | must be able to work EST hours
Pay: $80 - $90/hr W2
Responsibilities- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using React and Node.js.
- Implement authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth.
- Create dynamic and interactive data visualizations using Highcharts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the security and integrity of applications deployed on Azure.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong portfolio of web applications.
- Proficiency in React and Node.js.
- Experience with OAuth for authentication and authorization.
- Strong knowledge of Highcharts for data visualization.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.
- Financial services experience is a plus but not required.
Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar concentration preferred.
Additional InformationSkills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
