Hospital/Clinic Address: 2015 Jackson Street, FLR 2 What You Will Get In addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive: Competitive compensation with ability to earn additional weekend and holiday rates Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement Structured mentoring and quarterly in-person or online continuous education courses through MedBridge memberships Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and ortho Paid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws) Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees Your Responsibilities as an Inpatient Rehabilitation/Acute Care Physical Therapist Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome Establish timely treatment plans for each patients specific needs Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc) Qualifications & Pay Range: Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program Current or pending state licensure Basic Life Support certification Compensation Pay Range: $75,000 - 105,000 per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position) Company Overview: A Mission That Moves Us At PT Solutions, we are a team united by a shared purpose: expanding access to transformative care.
