The RoleWe are looking for unicorn engineers who have experience in both full stack software engineering and the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. If youre driven to help solve the global housing crisis and you have the interdisciplinary background to match, please apply.
Were looking for problem solvers who are excited to write high quality software to solve complex challenges in architecture and design. You might spend some of your time creating beautiful 3D renderings on our web app. You might spend some of your time implementing optimization algorithms and AI pipelines. This is a role for engineers who love wearing multiple hats and working problems end-to-end. You will be part of a talented, interdisciplinary engineering team helping build an AI platform from the ground up.
How You Will Make 10X Impact- Design and implement robust, end to end production-level software to enable inference, optimization, and other complex services as part of a SaaS offering
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams of engineers, scientists, domain experts and PMs
- Leverage AEC expertise to help drive good design and scoping decisions
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years (or 5+ years for more senior levels) of experience building large, complex software systems and applications
- Strong software engineering/system design skills and excitement about solving complex problems at scale and navigating ambiguity
- Experience with the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
- Strong python or javascript development skills
- Experience building applications and infra leveraging the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stack
- Experience with building full-stack applications
- Experience working in a Startup/early stage company with rapidly changing requirements
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000 - $258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
