  • MIG/Flux Core welding + Pipe and Structural fitting skills, you can back up with experience (2+ years).
  • Ability to follow blueprints and specs without missing a beat.
  • Steady hands for clean welds and sharp eyes for detail.
  • Physical strength to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
  • Safety-first mindset with PPE always in play.
