Dental Office Receptionist

Dental Office Receptionist needed in Green Bay, WI

Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our client's growing team

The Receptionist will be responsible for answering inbound patient calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with rescheduling patients, and will be assisting with additional administrative duties as needed. This person may be asked to fill in at their Marinette location as well.

This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity, with a well-established dental practice in the Green Bay area. The standard working hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:30am - 2:00pm. The starting wage ranges based on experience level, $18-22/hr.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of previous administrative experience required. Medical or Dental experience preferred.
  • Great phone etiquette and customer service skills, required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software and able to learn new programs quickly.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Experience utilizing both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to pass any pre-employment screenings.
