The Customs Entry Writer is responsible for the processing of customs clearances for imports. They will ensure that regulations, standards, and tracking of shipments is maintained and communicated to customers and clients. The Customs Entry Writer will provide accurate documentation and record-keeping for data and documents to ensure timely and accurate statuses are provided with timely client billing and invoicing. Location: 18620 Harmon Ave., Carson, CA 90746
Responsibilities- Process customs clearances for imports, adhering to all relevant customs regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Conduct Importer Security Filing.
- Track and trace shipments to ensure information is up-to-date.
- Communicate directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties through email and phone.
- Manage documentation and archive records and documents efficiently.
- Oversee data management for client reports.
- Ensure timely billing and invoicing for clients.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to commute to the office; hybrid work options may be available.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to work weekends or night shifts is a plus.
- Bilingual ability in English and Korean is required.

- High School Diploma or GED
The base salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $60,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
