Application Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Specialist to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance modulesspecifically General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Taxation, and Fixed Assetsas part of a major finance transformation initiative. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong leadership in design workshops, and hands?on configuration skills, with a focus on seamless integration with third?party systems such as Kyriba, Concur, Agiloft, and BlackLine.

• Lead the end?to?end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (GL, AP, Taxation, Fixed Assets).
• Drive project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Requirement Analysis

• Independently gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Lead client?facing design workshops; prepare pre?read materials and post?workshop minutes.
• Track and follow up on workshop action items to ensure closure.

System Configuration & Design

• Configure SAP S/4HANA Finance modules to leverage standard functionality and minimize custom development.
• Provide expert guidance to product owners, functional teams, QA, and compliance stakeholders.

Integration

• Ensure robust integration with third?party systems including Kyriba, Concur, Agiloft, and BlackLine.

Documentation

• Independently create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and development standards.

Testing & Validation

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate system functionality and performance.

Training & Support

• Deliver training and support to end?users to ensure successful adoption.
• Provide post?go?live support and troubleshooting to maintain system stability.

Change Management

• Lead change management efforts to facilitate smooth transition to new systems and processes.

Qualifications Skills and Experience

• Education Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Experience minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Finance with at least 5 years in SAP S4HANA Finance GL/AP/Tax/Fixed Assets/Bank Accounting.
• Industry knowledge: strong understanding of the financial services industry with experience in Seed Accounting a plus.
• Technical skills: proficiency in SAP S4HANA Finance, SAP Accounts Payables, Taxation and Fixed Assets and related modules; experience with S4 FICO and integration preferred with Kyriba, Concur, Agiloft, BlackLine.
• Analytical skills: excellent analytical and problem?solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communication: very strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross?functional teams and stakeholders.
• Certifications: SAP certification in S4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
• Travel: must be flexible to travel to client places.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding and knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform BTP.

The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue?based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $180,000 to $200,000 yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full?time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
