Job DescriptionProject Leadership | Drive $30M+ healthcare builds from precon through turnover with full schedule, budget, and client accountability. Client & Stakeholder Management | Build trust through clear communication and ownership of progress, issues, and deliverables. Financial Control | Own cost management, forecasting, buyout, and change strategy to protect margin and schedule. Schedule & Execution | Build, maintain, and drive the master schedule with proactive planning and trade coordination. Team Collaboration | Partner with Supers, PEs, and leadership to remove roadblocks and maintain a united project front. Risk & Quality Oversight | Anticipate issues, manage documentation, and enforce standards that support safety, quality, and compliance in a healthcare environment.

Planner by Nature | Uses proactive scheduling, look-aheads, and coordination to prevent chaos instead of reacting to it. Relationship-First Approach | Earns respect with owners, architects, subs, and field teams through presence and accountability. Tech & Process Fluent | Comfortable with Procore, scheduling software, and disciplined documentation.
