I opened my agency in 2000 after starting my career in the claims side of the insurance industry, which gave me a strong foundation for helping customers when they need it most. Family is a huge part of my life Im a proud father of three, and Im about to become a grandfather for the first time. Over the years, Ive spent a lot of time coaching youth sports, which has shaped my leadership style and passion for mentorship. Our office is a close?knit, family?oriented environment where teamwork, dedication, and genuine care for people come first. Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative with Bryan Michaels, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales?minded candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail?oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
