About The RoleAs a CBRE Project Management Manager, youll manage a team responsible for providing basic management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function, overseeing project management from initiation through completion.
What Youll Do- Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruiting and hiring.
- Coordinate and manage the teams daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, set and track deadlines, and mentor as needed.
- Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, contracting, planning, and tracking.
- Ensure procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout are accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Monitor billing, accounts receivable collection, expense monitoring, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA.
- Work cross?functionally to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
- Identify risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, and influence parties to reach agreements.
- Apply knowledge of discipline integration to achieve team objectives.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day?to?day and moderately complex issues.
- Bachelors Degree preferred with 3?5 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of experience and education). LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
- Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate the teams impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- In?depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills, ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial?related calculations.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation. The minimum salary is $110,000 annually and the maximum is $140,000 annually. Successful candidates may receive a discretionary bonus and are eligible for CBREs benefit program, including 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
