Phlebotomist- Madison Heights Stationary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at the Madison Heights location. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on phlebotomy experience in an outpatient setting, with the potential for career advancement and raises at six months.
Responsibilities- Draw patient blood samples approximately 25-30 times per day.
- Properly process and package blood samples for shipment to the medical testing sites.
- Communicate daily with clinic staff to organize and schedule blood draws.
- Coordinate the pick-up and shipping of samples.
- Proficiency in blood draw, phlebotomy, and venipuncture.
- Ability to process and package samples efficiently.
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant with experience in drawing, processing, and packaging samples.
- Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification or certificate.
- Knowledge of the order of draw and BD Vacutainer tube colors for multiple tube collections.
- High School Diploma.
The position is Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with varied training schedules in Farmington (2 weeks). Employees are expected to wear navy blue scrubs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
