Production Helper

We are hiring a Production Helper to support our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on, general labor role assisting machine operators, including those working with CNC and press machines. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in machine operation and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setup, loading, and unloading of parts on the production line.
  • Deburr formed parts from machine operators.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Use hand tools to handle materials and components.
  • Pack finished goods for shipment.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in fabrication, steel handling, and general labor.
  • Ability to load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
  • Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • CNC machine operation experience is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with press machines and deburring processes.
  • Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
