  • Starting Nursing Assistant wage | $18.20/hour
  • Shift Differential | Up to $2.00/hour
  • Sign on Bonus | $5,000

Job Requirements:
  • No prior nursing or medical experience is required
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
  • Must be able to pass MN Background Check
Position Overview:
  • Provide hands-on personal care
  • Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.
  • Enhance residents' quality of life through communication, interaction, and support with daily activities
All-inclusive Comprehensive Training & CNA Certification ?
  • CNA training program = 75 hours
  • Hybrid program: training is online and in-person
