Assistant Project Manager

Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure timely execution.
Support site teams with logistics, procurement, and quality control.
Attend client and design meetings, contributing to project planning and execution.

2-4 years of experience in residential construction, ideally in NYC.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
