A first-principle-driven, strategic, and execution-focused Product Manager is needed to drive the development and scaling of our e-commerce platform, Catapult. In this high-impact role, you will own product roadmaps, innovate upon and optimize platform capabilities, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance automation, performance, and user experience. You will work closely with engineering, UX, insights, and business leaders to shape the future of our e-commerce technology stack and drive tangible business outcomes while owning and leading agile methodology-based ceremonies and development processes.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product roadmap for your assigned modules in Catapult, driving enhancements in automation, analytics, and marketplace integrations.
- Lead the advancement of platform capabilities and internal systems, ensuring optimized workflows for product visibility and data accuracy.
- Lead and own agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient prioritization and execution of tickets for the development team.
- Collaborate with engineers, finance, operations, and leadership to ensure our technology meets business objectives.
- Communicate strategies and insights effectively to multiple stakeholders, driving alignment on product priorities and investments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor advancements, and emerging ecommerce technologies to inform product innovation.
- Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit, proactively identifying opportunities, and fostering generous collaboration across teams to develop innovative, high-impact solutions.
