Job DescriptionManage all phases of data center construction projects, from planning to completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site at all times.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

The Successful ApplicantThe successful Project Manager should have:
- Experience managing data center or large-scale construction projects.
- A strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
Competitive salary ranging from $180000 to $220000 USD annually.
