About the Role

Were looking for a Technical Support Architect to join the Post-Production Support team. Youll ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of integrations between our clients platform and enterprise systems (TMS, ERP, WMS, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead post-go-live technical support and resolve complex integration issues
  • Monitor system health and performance, proactively addressing incidents
  • Conduct root cause analysis and document preventive measures
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve processes and platform reliability
  • Develop support documentation and train internal teams
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive for operational excellence
