Job Description

As a Principal Product Manager for AI Runtime Security, you will join a world-class team to tackle complex security challenges. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and building innovative, AI/ML-powered security solutions for private and public clouds, directly shaping the future of cloud security and collaborating with internal teams to solve challenging problems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and manage the product requirements backlog for AI-powered runtime security features, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate proactively with engineering and DevOps teams to deliver cutting-edge cloud security solutions on a SaaS platform.
  • Lead design partner programs to validate new product ideas and gather direct customer feedback, challenging assumptions curiously and positively.
  • Analyze and stay ahead of the latest market trends in cloud security, AI/ML, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Work closely with other product teams to create integrated solutions with a unique customer value proposition, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Enable sales and marketing teams by providing deep market insights and comprehensive product training.
  • Partner with customer success and field organizations to ensure customer delight and successful product adoption.
Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent military experience.
  • 5-7+ years of product management experience, specifically with SaaS products.
  • Demonstrable domain experience in cybersecurity.
  • Strong domain experience with public cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Domain knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in security.
  • Experience managing products that process big data and prioritize exceptional UX design.
  • Proven experience driving high-velocity product releases using Agile methodologies in a hyper-growth market.
  • Experience making product decisions based on imperfect market data and ambiguous information.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $171,200 - $276,800/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
