As a BoxLunch Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and merchandising the store, and ensuring an engaging in-store experience.

What You'll Do
  • Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Maintain visual standards by covering sales floor zones and assisting with planogram updates.
  • Operate the register, process transactions, and promote add-on sales and benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  • Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
  • Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
  • Help organize stock room and keep the store tidy.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.
What You'll Need
  • Previous retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
