  • Crafting innovative software solutions and tackling technical challenges head-on
  • Writing secure, high-quality production code and maintaining algorithms that work seamlessly with our systems
  • Producing design artifacts for complex applications and ensuring we meet our design constraints
  • Diving deep into data to uncover hidden patterns and drive improvements ? ?
  • Contributing to our awesome team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

**What Were Looking For:**

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a solid foundation in Mainframe Assembler programming, IMS, and DB2
  • Hands-on experience in system design, application development, and operational stability
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
