Responsibilities- Serve as a Temporary Excel Accounting Office Clerk in Pasadena, CA.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups, to manage data effectively.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable with precision and accuracy.
- Work in a professional environment, maintaining high standards of performance and conduct.
- Participate in immediate interviews, as the client is looking to hire without delay.
- Commit to a long-term temporary role with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with proven experience in using Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
- Financial experience with accounts payable and receivable is required.
- Ability to thrive in a professional and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to commit to a long-term temporary position.
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
