Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, scheduling of team resources, status reporting, and completion of documentation for team assignments and projects.
  • Analyze and develop work or project plans for team assignments.
  • Supervise the work assignments of subordinates.
  • Coordinate the integrated systems integrity, provide coordination and project structure between users of Information Services and third-party software vendors or programmers, provide systems and installation support and user training.
  • Develop and control project schedules and assign responsibilities where appropriate.
  • Participate in all aspects of software development, systems design and analysis, and project planning and management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related specialty from an accredited college or university
  • Ten years of job-specific experience that includes system analysis, design and development, and relationship management

  • Software Development: Understanding software development principles and methodologies; ability to work across multiple platforms
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in various programming languages
  • Cloud Technologies: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Databases: Knowledge of database design and data modeling
  • DevOps and CI/CD: Understanding DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Security Principles: Strong understanding of security principles
  • Architectural Styles and Patterns: Familiarity with microservices, monolithic, client-server and related design patterns
  • Test Automation Tools: Experience with test automation tools
