What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual conditions or activities to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed. Assist visitors and employees with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence. Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific instructions. Document incidents and complete required reports in a timely and accurate manner. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
