Thrifty White Pharmacy is currently hiring a Pharmacy Technician/Insurance Billing Specialist to join our team at the Corporate Headquarters in Maple Grove, MN. This is a great fit for someone ready to take their career to the next level in an office environment
Billing & Account Specialist Position Details:
- Monday Friday no evenings or weekends
- Ability to work in a professional office environment with hybrid flexibility
- Growth potential within team structure
- Provide excellent service via various platforms (phone, email, tech tickets, etc.)
- Research and bill claims to responsible parties and process payments/refunds
- Manage account balances
- Maintain customer account accuracy, ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Participate in special projects and process improvement
- Learn and implement new technologies as required
- Utilize technology such as TWRx, PeopleSoft, OnBase, MNITS, and insurance websites

- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, multitask, and effectively manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
