OBGYN Hospitalist Opening in Seattle, WAPosition: OB/GYN Hospitalist (Board Certified or Board Eligible)Schedule: 6-8 flexible 24-hour shifts/month - Shifts likely include weekends due to 24-hour scheduleDeliveries: 7,800/year combined between two hospitalsWork Type: Full-time, permanent (local residency required; relocation may be available)Sign-On Bonus: $20,000Responsibilities: Provide OB/GYN hospitalist care, including labor, delivery support, surgical assists, emergencies Manage obstetric triage and emergencies (ectopic pregnancies, torsions) Perform routine GYN procedures and support ED Participate in teaching OB fellows and residents Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine and OB providersCompensation & Benefits: Base pay: $285,120 - $380,160/year (based on shifts) Medical, dental, vision, Teladoc, disability, life insurance HSA, FSA, 401(k) with profit-sharing, ESPP Paid parental leave, sick leave, fertility benefits Continuing education assistance Employee assistance & discount programsRequirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in OB/GYN WA medical license (or willingness to obtain) OB Hospitalist experience preferred Clean malpractice/license history preferred DEA required before start
