Your Day as a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service RepresentativeAs a new Bilingual Customer Service Representative at SC State Credit Union, your daily expectations include assisting members with inquiries and transactions in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and understanding in every interaction. You will address member needs efficientlywhether that involves account inquiries or resolving issuesengage with members over the phone, deliver personalized service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery, and uphold our standards of excellence. Regularly updating your knowledge of our products and services is essential so you can provide accurate information and recommendations.
Requirements for this Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative JobTo be successful in this role, several key skills are essential. You must have strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, active listening abilities, a high level of empathy, and problem?solving abilities.
