We are seeking anentry-levelelectronic securityassistantproject managerto join ourfast-growingand dynamic team.This positionwill work directly with a Project Manager toassistin completing projects.

What youll be doing:

This position will have multiple roles ranging from:attending project meetings, assisting with resourcescheduling, such asinstallation and subcontractor team coordination,onsite technician support,ability to safely operate a company vehicle,project quality control,staging of equipment, project documentation assembly and review, assisting with invoicing & project tasks,and most importantly, representing NextGen Security as thevaluablepoint of contact for our valued customers. Local travel may be required for this position.

What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field (preferred but notrequired).
  • Prior internship experience within project management or related field(preferred but notrequired).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Superiorproblem solvingandcommunication skills.
  • Ability to process and apply new skills/concepts quickly.
  • Workindependently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams & Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experiencewith AutoCAD, MicrosoftProject, Procore,and otherproject management & design products(preferred but notrequired)
