Utilities Maintenance Technician

Pay: $40.00$44.00/hr (based on experience) + $3 shift differential
Location: Longmont, CO (On-site)
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating nights | 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
Join a large manufacturing facility seeking an experienced Utilities Technician to maintain and operate critical systems including boilers, chillers, ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, compressed air, and wastewater treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain utility systems and facility infrastructure
- Monitor ammonia refrigeration systems and respond to alarms
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs using manuals and schematics
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations
- 2+ years HVAC, combustion, and refrigeration experience
- 5+ years mechanical/E&I/maintenance in manufacturing
- Experience with ammonia systems, boilers, chillers preferred
- Food manufacturing and regulatory compliance experience preferred
This is a Permanent position based out of LONGMONT, CO.
