RN Clinical Decision Unit (Full?time, Days & Nights), Medford, OR. Join a fast?paced, team?oriented environment where clinical decisions are made quickly and patient care is constantly evolving. This 0.9?FTE night shift role offers the opportunity to work three 12?hour shifts per week (7:00?pm??7:30?am) with rotating weekends and includes a $10?/hour night?shift differential.
What Youll Do- Deliver high?quality, short?term care for patients awaiting diagnosis, treatment decisions, or inpatient placement.
- Monitor and assess patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate timely, effective care.
- Support patient transitions with strong education, discharge planning, and advocacy.
- Current Oregon RN license and BLS certification.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of one year RN experience in an acute care or fast?paced clinical setting.
- Adaptability, critical thinking, and a calm, collaborative presence under pressure.
