Who You Are?

We are seeking a candidate with a strong positive attitude toward customer service to act as a Certified Nurse Aide for our Assisted Living & Memory Care. The right candidate will strive to do the best job possible, be creative, and work toward accomplishing facility goals.

Requirements & Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct care to residents in a 24?hour operation, primarily for their activities of daily living, assistance with therapeutic activity programs, restorative programs, and documentation as required by the facility.

  • Active CNA license.
  • Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, positioning, toileting, bathing, and exercising.
  • Assist residents in an out?of?bed or wheelchair with proper transfer equipment.
  • Record vital signs, nourishment logs, and other patient records as necessary.
  • Maintain, organize, and keep the unit fully stocked.
  • Change linens, make beds, and keep residents rooms tidy.
  • Respond to all call lights promptly.
  • Maintain continuous communication with team leaders.
