The UAMS Transition to Practice RN New Graduate Residency Program is designed with a specialized and focused platform to include lectures, simulation, case studies, online modules, etc., and clinical experience with designated preceptors. Support and training continue throughout the first year through continued education and mentorship. New Graduate RN Residents must complete 1 year of experience and meet the Transition to Practice program requirements to be considered RN I.

- Acute Care
- Critical Care Division
- NICU
- Labor & Delivery
- Perinatal
- Oncology
- Surgical Services
- Emergency Department
- Psychiatric Research Institute
- Cardiac Catheterization Lab
- Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital (TOSH) Surgical Services
