We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years experience in commercial construction, focusing on large high-rise projects.

ALL ABOUT THIS CAREER OPPORTUNITY

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and evaluating project activities to accomplish objectives. A senior project manager is fully responsible for assigned projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget. They act as the key communicator among all project stakeholders, anticipate potential problems, and find solutions to keep projects on track. This role requires a high level of experience and skills in project management.

  • Accomplishes human resource objectives through recruiting, training, coaching, and managing staff; communicates expectations; and enforces policies.
  • Achieves operational goals by contributing to strategic planning, implementing standards, resolving issues, and identifying improvements.
  • Manages financial objectives by forecasting, budgeting, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintains professional knowledge through ongoing education, reading publications, and networking.
  • Enhances organizational reputation by taking ownership of new requests and exploring value-added opportunities.
  • Oversees day-to-day operations of multiple or large-scale projects.
  • Reviews project deliverables and ensures quality and profitability.
  • Ensures accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, and receivables management.
  • Analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization across projects.
  • Participates in performance evaluations and career development planning.
  • Mentors managers and assesses training needs.
  • Develops project teams aligned with career interests.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • BS degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale projects of $240M and above.
  • Strong client relationships and dispute resolution skills.
  • Experience monitoring budgets, schedules, and back charges.
  • High-rise construction experience is essential.
  • Experience in hotel ground-up construction is preferred.
