Program/Project Manager II

Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program/Project Manager II to join our team in Norfolk, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages ship construction, operation, maintenance and repair projects and personnel related to Surface Combatants Ship Classes (Example: DDG-51, DDG-1000, LCS).
  • Manages projects under government contracts.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology
  • Ten (10) years of experience managing ship construction, operation, maintenance and repair projects and personnel related to Surface Combatants Ship Classes (Example: DDG-51, DDG-1000, LCS).
  • Ten (10) years of experience managing projects under government contracts.
