Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from planning to completion. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations. Monitor project progress and address delays, risks, or quality issues promptly. Communicate project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and clients. Review and approve contracts, change orders, and payment applications. Drive project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and documentation.

The Successful Applicant5+ years of construction industry experience. Experience running commercial or light industrial builds valued at $2M+. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and regulations. Passion for construction.
What's on OfferCompetitive base salary of $120-$145K, based on qualifications. Strong yearly cash bonuses that range from 7-12% of base salary.
