Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology projects that enhance the stability and reliability of our systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects that advance our capabilities, ensuring successful integration with existing systems, and meeting project objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project objectives and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed
  • Provide project status updates to stakeholders, including leadership and project sponsors
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and identifying opportunities for cost savings
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
  • Oversee technology implementation and data conversion efforts, ensuring successful integration with existing systems
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology requirements, and develop project plans to meet those needs
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality and testing standards
Requirements
  • 7+ years of project management experience in a technical or industry setting
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting project objectives
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Experience with project management tools, including Confluence and JIRA
  • Strong technology implementation and data conversion experience, with the ability to lead complex technical projects
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting and cost management
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools (optional)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a regulated industry setting
  • Knowledge of system operations and principles
  • Strong understanding of our technology infrastructure and systems
  • Familiarity with our project management methodologies and tools
