Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) is at the heart of our approach: CORE delivers foundational infrastructure and reliability tooling enabling Capital One to thrive on and within the cloud. To further scale our efforts in this space, we are building a world class Cloud Infrastructure, Reliability, Recovery and AI/ML Data platform for deploying data driven, resilient and customer focused solutions in the Cloud. As a Manager level, Product Manager, on the CORE Product team, you will help design and deliver best in class, innovative and data driven technology products that delight customers. You will help set long-term strategy, collaborate on build-vs-buy decisions at enterprise scale, and help guide Capital One's software engineers and site reliability engineers toward well-managed, well-governed cloud observability infrastructure. You will also interact with our AI/ML teams to apply new, greenfield use cases to our observability data. We're passionate about building platform software for the next generation of technologists at Capital One and are looking for someone excited to build tech platforms at scale.

In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

+ At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management + Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: + A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) + A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

+ Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

• McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management
• New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager, Product Management
• Plano, TX: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
