Forward Deployed Engineer - Digital Money & Payments Infrastructure

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Compensation: $120K - $160K

Our mission is to empower the next generation of money and financial products globally. We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join us in launching cutting-edge projects at the intersection of real-world payments and digital money. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to drive massive change at a small, quickly growing company.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will act as a critical bridge between our technology and our customers' needs. You will be instrumental in launching complex offerings, driving technical strategy, and directly influencing product growth and architecture. This role requires a self-driven leader comfortable with a broad scope that encompasses both technical execution and strategic customer collaboration.

What You'll Do:

• Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our customers, compliance, finance, engineering, and executive teams to ship complex, end-to-end offerings.
• Technical Roadmap: Help drive the technical roadmap and architectural decisions as the product and infrastructure rapidly grow and evolve.
• Problem-Solving: Utilize a combination of Coding, Strategy, and Communication skills to solve novel and challenging problems at the company's core.

What We're Looking For:

• Mindset: A self-driven leader with a strong builder mentality—someone who experiments with side projects and thrives in an autonomous environment.
• Technical Foundation: Proven experience with software development.
• Core Skills: Strong abilities in Communication, Coding, and Strategy.

Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Haves, But Not Mandatory):

• Fintech Experience: Experience in the fintech sector (neobank or card issuing experience is a plus).
• SaaS Experience: Experience working with a Software-as-a-Service model.
• Location: While we are open to fully remote candidates, many engineers are based in NYC.
