  • Support Staff/Supervision: CRNA only practice, 4-5 CRNAs/day, autonomous/independent setting 
  • # of OR's: Runs 3-4 OR's daily, OR, Endo, OB & cardiology. The team averages 17 cases/day. 
  • Case Mix: Ortho, urology, general, OB (800 deliveries per year), gyn, pediatric dentistry, podiatry, cardiology – TEE, cardioversion.  GYN and general utilize Da Vinci robot 
  • Active OH License: Yes
  • Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
