Project Manager Heavy Civil Construction

Full-Time | Self-Performing Contractor (Excavation, Wet Utilities, Grading, Paving)

Your Role:

As a Project Manager, youll be the lead on large-scale heavy civil projects (public and private), with responsibility for full lifecycle project management and direct supervision of both office and field teams.

Youll oversee:

  • Pre-construction planning and project setup
  • Cost control and forecasting
  • Scheduling and critical path management
  • Full P&L ownership
  • Subcontractor and client coordination
  • Safety compliance and risk mitigation

What You Bring:
  • 7+ years experience in heavy civil construction (wet utilities, excavation, grading, paving)
  • Proven track record managing self-perform crews and subcontractors
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as HCSS, Bluebeam, P6, Agtek, Bid2Win, Trimble, etc.
