This opportunity begins Jan 14, 2026, with a 36-day contract length, featuring 12-hour day shifts (7am-7pm) for three shifts each week. The provider will serve as the sole urgent care clinician, managing 20-30 patients per day in a fast-paced environment. Job Details Location: Oregon Start Date: Jan 14, 2026 LOA: 36 days Provider Type Needed: Urgent Care Physician Assistant Schedule: 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts, 7am-7pm), totaling 12 shifts per month Responsibilities and Duties Serve as the sole provider during scheduled urgent care shifts Perform basic urgent care procedures and manage a variety of acute cases Deliver care to patients presenting with a range of urgent medical needs Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and standards of care Additional Information At least 2 recent years of urgent care experience required Must be licensed in Oregon Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Must be comfortable with 12-hour shifts and managing 20-30 patients per day Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
