Overview

The Service Specialist is responsible for maintaining excellence in customer service to ensure that all clients, internal and external, are treated equally while utilizing each of our core values. This position is also responsible for timeliness and accuracy of all data entry into Ultra Staff, tracking and maintaining documents for our company, making sure to stay up to date and keeping us compliant. Retrieving sensitive information from internal staff members. Working with a team daily and must be able to multitask. Completing tasks in a timely manner is required. Service Specialist will also share the responsibility in interacting with customers and internal team members via telephone, email, online chats providing support and information on an assigned service. Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve problems and concerns.

Essential Job Functions
  • Building of exceptional relationships with internal employees Service, Payroll, Sales and Recruiting
  • Maintain files containing confidential information
  • Maintain client billing info (new/edit/changes)
  • Assist with annual Customer rate increase
  • Interface with payroll and billing
  • Manage web portal entry in client file
  • Help obtain the necessary documents from internal staff
  • Track and maintain any company?specific documents
  • Collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, Compliance and Payroll to help ensure cohesiveness
  • Reinforces a culture that places an emphasis on worker safety being #1
  • Other related jobs and duties may be assigned.
Experience
  • 3 Years Transportation experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to persuade an audience.
  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population.
  • Excellent problem?solving & judgment.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Valid drivers license and a car that can be used for work.

Salary Range

$25.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.

Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state?specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
