Project Manager

Hubbard Construction Company is seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee construction projects valued between $5M and $100M. The role involves ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while managing on-site teams and coordinating with clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supervising on-site project teams
- Preparing utility notification documents
- Developing technical, economic, and operational plans
- Negotiating with clients and participating in estimating
- Developing project schedules and managing project budgets
- Ensuring quality and safety standards
- Training and evaluating staff
- Maintaining professional client relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years experience in large design-build heavy/highway projects
- Proficient in heavy civil construction techniques and equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, climb, lift, and work at heights as required, with exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
