Were hiring a hands?on Project Supervisor to lead a team of 2?20 movers and installers at a large multi?building facility. This on?site role is ideal for someone with strong client communication skills, experience in office furniture systems, and the ability to manage dynamic, fast?paced projects.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily move/install operations and team performance
- Serve as the on?site point of contact for client communication
- Oversee inventory, office layout changes, and furniture/cubicle assembly
- Coordinate computer and monitor hookups
- Update internal systems with job progress and change orders
- 35 years of supervisory experience in moving, installation, or facilities
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check
- Must have a valid drivers license; Real ID preferred
- Strong computer skills and the ability to manage digital workflows
- Experience with office furniture systems and inventory control
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work flexible shifts
