Responsibilities

• Travel across the US (and abroad if interested) to lead software installations and support Epic go-lives.
• Present to hospital leadership and coordinate end-user training.
• Provide comprehensive post-go-live support and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or greater (any major).
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical months including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.
