$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Who you are:

Youre a proactive, analytical thinker who can bridge business needs with technical solutions. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate with clarity, and are passionate about solving problems through data and process optimization. You can confidently support internal teams and external partners to make scalable, efficient decisions.

What you will do:

• Translate business needs into tech specs, wireframes, and user stories
• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and coordination across global dev teams (offshore + US-based)
• Analyze and document system processes, pain points, and user feedback to recommend solutions
• Communicate clearly with departments to ensure cross-functional alignment on project objectives
• Conduct detailed analysis of sales, credit, and funding trends to support business decisions
• Liaise with internal developers and a third-party dev firm on the execution of our MVP + system rebuilds
• Support product discovery and technical documentation
• Coordinate UAT, QA, and product release readiness
• Act as a technical translator across Product, Ops, and Engineering
• In-office position; NOT REMOTE
• Hours: Monday-Friday (8:30 AM-5:00 PM)

What you bring to the table:

• 37 years in BA, PM, or Product Ops roles within Fintech or B2B SaaS
• Hands-on technical fluency can read code, understand APIs, and talk systems architecture
• Experience leading Agile workflows and managing full product delivery lifecycles
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and database platforms (SQL a plus)
• Experienced problem solver who is proficient in driving clarity with ambiguous direction
• Bonus: Experience with business lending, Fintech, B2B SaaS and/or B2B payments systems
