On an Average Day You Will
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on current and prior medical history.
  • Deliver attentive, one?on?one support to patients and their families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and understanding.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the care journey.
  • Accurately monitor and document vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
  • Administer physician?ordered medications and treatments with skill and empathy.
  • Educate patients and their families on care techniques and symptom management.
  • Track and communicate changes in patient condition, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Keep detailed and up?to?date clinical notes to reflect patient progress and quality of care provided.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Contribute to other supportive duties as part of a compassionate, mission?driven team.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
What Youll Bring To The Team
  • A heart for hospice care and a commitment to exceptional service.
  • A valid Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state in which you will work.
  • A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • CPR certification (current).
  • Strong observational and communication skillsboth written and verbal.
  • A flexible, team?oriented attitude and willingness to support additional duties as needed.
