Watertown Regional Medical Center is now hiring a part?time RN for our Float Pool to work the night shift (.6 FTE 24 hours per week). The RN will function as a Staff RN and provide total nursing care of patients within an assigned unit. The Clinical Resource Center is an internal float pool of RNs and Techs cross?trained to various departments (Medical/Surgical, ICU, Emergency, Ambulatory, OB/GYN). Hospitalist providers on the unit collaborate with nursing to facilitate patient healing.
We offer a sign?on bonus up to $15,000.
Responsibilities- Provide total nursing care to patients in the assigned unit as Staff RN.
- Serve as part of the Clinical Resource Center float pool, ensuring adequate staffing coverage for planned and unplanned events.
- Flex between departments to support needs across Medical/Surgical, ICU, Emergency, Ambulatory, and OB/GYN.
- Collaborate with hospitalist providers and the nursing team to facilitate patient healing.
- Associates Degree in Nursing.
- Licensed Registered Nurse with the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing.
- BLS healthcare provider certification.
- ACLS certification required for CRC RNs working in critical care areas.
- 2 years of Medical/Surgical/Critical Care nursing experience preferred.
- Sign?on bonus up to $15,000.
- Flexible scheduling within part?time night shift (.6 FTE 24 hours per week).
